shibuya crossing

had some of nanaco's home-made spelt bread for breakfast which was AMAZING: the best ever.

then back to shibuya to see dr. ono for a second round of chinese acupuncture in the offended article / shoulder.

followed by a little light gift shopping.

the bar-girl, not the chair-man.

after a trip up to the 53nd floor of the park hyatt tokyo to take in the sun setting, met up with haruo in shinjuku and ate squid, langoustines and sashimi with 'sticky potato'.

weird that you can't smoke on the street but you can smoke in restaurants here.

for those if us that had the sense to give up a long while ago, this is not nice.

met up with nanaco's son jan and his band mate naomi for a little shootings in the bar jan and mao sometimes work in.

finished MUCH later than anticipated

returned to our digs in shinjuku nimbashi for a few hours sleep before the long haul back to blighty.

will be pleased to see the family as always

but as always, i will be sad to leave my dear friends and japan.
