spent a while getting some hardcore chinese acupuncture, trying to get my fucked shoulder sorted.

to speed things up, dr ono (dr.oh no) adds an electric current to the needles

dr.ono is quite a rockstar (and treats a few rockstars) he likes to get a photo with the passing talent.

dr.ono has left two surgical metal 'splinters' in my shoulder to trick my brain into sending increased blood supply to troubled areas.

met up at a hot springs and dealt with my british inhibitions once more by literally baring all outside.

the only part of my body the spa insisted i covered was my tattoo.

tattoos = yakuza (who are banned from scaring people in public baths)

apres the par-boiling we went for delicious sushi dinner in haruo's hometown.

featured here are two of my best friends in the world.

both super-special people and brilliant photographers too

we've known each other for 18 years already.
