E D I C T issue 1 launch

it started last night

it ended this morning.

there was some FINE delivery of tuunes from pipes, ben and steve (the desperate sound system)

and an AMAZING live show from cousin marnie: our first gig at the bunker.

the packed crowd was spellbound: CM was spine-tinglingly(?) great.

half our editors were there:

including asif kapadia (our film editor) karl hyde (our music editor) cathie pilkington (our art editor), andie redman (our fashion editor) AND peter and paul our art directors

our literary editor: warren ellis was stateside; sam bryant, our beauty editor was in paris and jamie oliver, our food editor was in essex.

was a great night.

only had to deal with one neighbour complaining about the volume of our revelry.

hope all of you who want to see a copy of EDICT get to see one.

RTF after a little sleep and cleaning up.

bought a thai take-away from cliftonville,

didn't eat / couldn't eat it but also couldn't be bothered to do the 20mile round trip back to explain to the restaurant how inedible their 'food' was.
