dingly dell
today's picture by maximum relates to the bad moment when mrs.perou discovered him, z, florence and otto dismantling the flint arch by the dingly dell well.
(days after she told maximum NOT to dig there and mess with the stonework)
it's been there for many years (hundreds?) and between them, they destroyed it.
so when everyone else went to the beach today, maximum got to sit on the floor in my office and watch me work, in silence.
after a while of being cross, i took pity on him and gave him a pencil and paper.
he made mrs.perou a 'sorry' picture and also this.
the unhappy stars are us being cross with him (the happy star) for bolloxing up the dingly dell.

in other news, i spent a LOT of time sat on my ass retouching the fashion story we shot last friday.
i'm happy.
and it's done.
