slightly moist

slightly moist

to the christmas carol service at the local church, to hear sons reading bits of the bible aloud and everyone quietly mumbling some carols.

SO dry

unlike the rest of england where floods threaten many people's enjoyment of christmas.

the levels are up but not overflowing here, just yet.

one wonders why we bother with the anglican church?
if jesus is alive, would he be happy having a congregation of the living dead turning up and morosely repeating the same dirge every weekend?

i like to think jesus was a dude: the centre of a party: turning water into wine and doing cool tricks like healing people and walking on water.
must have been exciting to have been around that.

the opposite of an hour or so in the church of england.

reverends don't speak like normal people.
p.r.o.n.o.u.n.c.i.a.t.i.o.n is a good thing but not at the cost of a good story or conversation.

sons delirious after their big night at the O2 yesterday
