when we checked into the hotel yesterday, the receptionist said 'ok...you are expert skiers, yes?'
this morning the sun was shining and we could see what he was talking about.
most of the runs are black
fortunately season doesn't start proper till this weekend so at times we were totally alone in this range.
except for the hardcore off-piste, nut-nuts who all wear ABS backpacks (airbags which inflate in an avalanche)
i felt a little under-dressed and under-experienced.

the morning was sunshine and good visibility.
by 4pm we couldn't see anything and we abandoned the mountain.
returned to thaw and eat cheese fondu
