we are getting there, slowly: way over-budget and behind schedule.

firing the tiler half way through his bodge-job and not being able to find another by thursday is going to push things back further.

trying to get anything sorted in the run up to christmas is proving to be as difficult as expected.

the need to finish so we can concentrate on other things is over-whelming just now.
