i have been in a bad mood ALL day, mainly due to one Kretin who hasn't responded to a 'letter before action', now causing me to spend money to get (owed) money.

i am looking forward to this being resolved at which point i will name and shame this tool (fashion designer) and make sure he is blacklisted from ALL studios in london.
