last night cathal (from madness) sent me some of his new solo work

which caught me off guard as i found myself crying, listening to his raw, emotional, beautiful songs.

this morning i was talking about this and introduced maria to johnny cash singing NIN's 'hurt'.

and we were BOTH crying through the video.

drove to sheffield, for a meet up with peter and paul.

3 hours there. 3 hours for a meeting. 3 hours back

met jamie, rich and lisa at soho house for drinks and retired to my favourite dinner haunt, 'bob bob ricards'.

i was greeting with 'welcome back mr.perou'
