slept in after last night out for belinda's birthday dinner in ramsgate.

at the meal we were entertained with the couple on the table opposite choosing somewhere so public (our dinner destination) to split up.

the guy's dark haired girlfriend spent most of their meal in tears and left him sitting alone after saying 'fuck you then' and walking out.

as we left hours later, the same guy was getting into a taxi with a (different) blonde woman.

stuart stopped the guy as he was closing the door and said 'are you the guy who was just having a meal with a dark haired woman in tears?'

performed the weekly shoppe with sons on self-scanning duties.

cooked a leg of pork (in fennel, rosemary and garlic: mmmm)

baked a fruit cake and made blackcurrant snow.
