a last blast

another low visibility day with deep, powdery snow on the piste and low(?) clouds.
didn't make for the best skiing, but it was still good to be up in the mountains.
at times i couldn't see my feet: it was like skiing in a giant soft box.

there were a lot of accidents today, but again, the deep powdery snow caused the accidents and the deep powdery snow gave us soft landings.
z face planted a couple of times and maximum did a mid-air 360 somersault, unintentionally and almost successfully.
it was a little tricky skiing to our favourite lunch destination (again) but it was worth the effort.

sad to be leaving
but knowing we'll be back.
time to get busy with the busy back in the neglected home country…
