and so it begins…almost

this year was going well till 5am, when i went to bed.

mrs.perou did her usual 'sloping off quietly' at 2.30am

i have started as i don't mean to go on: with a HUGE hangover.

got up at midday to wave goodbye to sarah and steve, who had stayed.

and then returned to bed till 4pm

a waste of day.

not that it was a day worth saving: it was all strong winds and constant rain.

sons had a 'duvet day' and stayed in pyjamas and watched films like 'the sound of music' and tarzan'.

the perou inc. 2014 will officially start tomorrow…
