dennis and martin, the best chippies, joined jon and dan, the best plumbers for a good day of bunker building.

lunch with che and miranda at also painfully hipster 'counter cafe'

a band called 'the house of trees' (i think) were playing next to us.

they were quite good.

at the end of one song, che accidentally burped loudly and the hipsters around us looked horrified.

me, maximum and z laughed

z stayed with me while mrs.perou, maximum and dogs left for farm.

everything is done in the kitchen EXCEPT the kitchen sink

all the plumbing is done.

studio 2 is empty and just needs the one wall papered.

needs a door too but that can wait for now.

we are getting there!
